That file has an MZ header - it is a normal .exe. Phantom executes raw shellcode in memory; an .exe picked here would crash on launch. Upload a .bin instead.
Runners fetch the linked .EXE at runtime and execute it. Serve src\example_payload.exe to try it.

Icon + exe details baked into every output. Randomize per build so each binary looks distinct.
A copyright string trips ML heuristics on stamped builds. Leave it empty unless you need it.
